AIMS:
- To provide students with a good working knowledge of Executry procedure for testate and intestate Executries
- To provide a good working knowledge of the procedure which applies to prior and legal rights
L EARNING OUTCOMES:
By the end of the module students should be able to deal with the administration of straight forward Executries, whether testate or intestate, have a good working knowledge of what is required and when to seek advice from their line manager.
