How the programme works

The SOLAS education programme is built around three core areas of legal accounting practice. You can study one module, combine two, or complete the full three-module route.

  • Cashroom Accounting and Administration
  • Executry Procedures
  • Feeing Principles and File Management

Who it’s for

Each module has its own teaching length and exam timetable, while all education enrolments include one academic year of SOLAS access.

These courses are suited to people working in legal finance, legal cashroom, or related accountancy roles who want structured, professionally recognised development.

At least one year’s experience in the legal or accountancy profession is recommended. Familiarity with executries is helpful, but not essential.

Where it can lead

Learners who complete all three modules can apply for Associate Membership of SOLAS, providing a recognised marker of professional commitment and competence.

Whether you want to strengthen technical knowledge, support career progression, or work towards SOLAS membership, the programme offers a clear next step.
