What this area is for
Use Downloads to find files that SOLAS has made available to your account.
This can include:
- governance documents
- annual accounts
- branch minutes
- committee papers
- student branch guidance
- other downloadable files linked to your purchases or member services
How to use it
- Open My Account.
- Select Downloads.
- Look through the grouped sections.
- Open the file you need, or use the full document dashboard if you want the wider governance view.
What you may see
The Downloads area may group files into sections such as:
- annual accounts
- branch minutes
- committee papers
- governance documents
Some items may also show:
- a count pill on the group
- a
Newbadge on recently published items
Why a file may be missing
You may not see a document if:
- your membership is not current
- the document is limited to a different branch
- the document is limited to a committee you are not part of
- the document is intended for students only or members only
- SOLAS has not published it yet
Document dashboard
The Downloads screen also links to the full document dashboard, which gives a broader view of the governance documents available to your account.
Good to know
- some student documents use the branch context derived from exam-location checkout choices
- branch and committee restrictions still apply even when the file appears in a general document area
- governance downloads are intentionally controlled and may not behave like ordinary public media files
