How to log in

Use the account icon in the site header to open the login area.

The site supports normal account login and passwordless login.

Magic-link login

The site sends a secure passwordless login link to your primary registered email address.

Good to know

  • the login link is sent to the main email address on your account
  • if you change that email in My Profile, make sure it is correct before saving
  • if the wrong email is saved, you may stop receiving login links

If your login email does not arrive

Check:

  • that you are using the correct email address
  • your spam or junk folder
  • whether your account email was changed recently

If you still cannot log in, contact SOLAS support so your account email can be checked.
