What this area is for

Use My Account to manage your profile, addresses, dashboard tools, and membership-related details.

How to find it

Open My Account from the account icon in the site header. This area acts as the central access point for your profile and the main SOLAS member features.

Main features

  • update your profile photo in My Profile
  • choose whether to appear in the member directory
  • choose which profile details may appear in the member directory
  • if you hold active committee appointments, choose separate visibility settings for the public committee directory
  • manage employer and home contact details
  • update your preferred account email
  • review dashboard summary cards for key areas
  • access Downloads for governance files and other account-linked documents
  • use the front-end viewing icon in the main toolbar if you prefer a darker viewing mode on the front end

Good to know

  • your SOLAS membership number is shown in read-only views where needed
  • your SOLAS branch is managed by SOLAS and is shown as a read-only value on the profile form
  • some account tools appear only when relevant to your membership or activity
  • if you change your primary account email, it may also update your login email
  • the site uses a magic-link login tool, so your main registered email address needs to be accurate and accessible
  • phone numbers and email addresses are not currently shown in the public member directory

Start with My Profile so your contact details, directory visibility, and preferred account email are correct before using CPD, Jobs, Events, Downloads, or other member tools.
