My SOLAS Dashboard
What this area is for
My SOLAS is the main account dashboard inside My Account.
It brings together the most important account actions across:
- membership
- CPD
- tickets
- jobs
- downloads
- expenses
- committee-related access where relevant
What matters now
The top dashboard board is designed to answer three questions:
- what needs action now
- what is coming up next
- what is already ready and available
Depending on your account, you may see sections such as:

CPD learning cards use the same cycle language as My CPD. Current-cycle and grace-period CPD learning can count toward the structured SOLAS-delivered requirement. Older-cycle CPD learning may still be available, but new completions are recorded as unstructured SOLAS-delivered CPD.
Why your dashboard may look different from someone else’s
The dashboard is role-aware.
It can change depending on whether you are acting as:
- a current member
- a committee user
- an employer
- a job applicant
- a speaker
Some users may see a blended dashboard when they have more than one active role.
Status tracker
Where you have active records, My SOLAS can show a compact Status tracker.
This brings several different SOLAS workflows into one plain journey:

The tracker may include membership, active WooCommerce orders and payment states, CPD records, expense claims, job applications, Friends of SOLAS speaker records, and adverts. It is designed to reduce follow-up emails by showing the current state, the last update, and the next useful action.
The reusable shortcode is:
[solas_status_tracker]
Use this on a standalone help or account page if you want the same status view outside the main account dashboard.
Staff can check the same status cards from SOLAS Portal > Tools > Status Preview when helping a user, without needing to impersonate the account.
Recent activity
The Recent activity section shows changes across your account, such as:
- membership updates
- CPD activity
- expenses activity
- document access
- jobs activity
It is there to help explain what changed recently and where to go next.
Supporting links
The lower Supporting links area is for useful workspaces that are available but do not currently need urgent attention.
Best next step
Open the first card in What matters now if you want the fastest next action. If the dashboard looks different from what you expected, start by checking your membership status, profile details, and any recent order or ticket emails.
