What this area is for

Use your ticket link or My Tickets to:

  • review ticket information
  • confirm or update attendee details
  • complete any menu, dietary, or attendance-related follow-up fields
  • open the printable ticket when it is ready

Why the ticket page matters

For some events, the original purchase only creates the booking.

The follow-up ticket page is where SOLAS may collect the attendee information needed for:

  • event check-in
  • badges or attendee lists
  • menu choices
  • dietary requirements
  • overnight or occupancy information where relevant

What should prefill automatically

Where the information is available, the ticket page may prefill:

  • first name
  • last name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • membership number

Some event-specific fields may also prefill if they were already captured during checkout or stored on the ticket record.

Why some fields may still be blank

Not every event uses the same ticket form.

A field may be blank because:

  • that event does not use that question
  • the information was not collected during checkout
  • the ticket record did not already contain that value
  • the field is intended to be confirmed by the attendee directly

Printable ticket

The printable ticket view is usually the best place to find:

  • barcode or entry reference
  • final ticket layout
  • event-ready details for check-in

Best next step

If you receive a ticket follow-up link, open it and review the attendee details before the event. If expected fields are still missing after the order was placed, contact SOLAS with the order number and event name.
